Sonabet App Terms & Conditions of Use — Full Version

Sonabet App is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to all Sonabet App services, regardless of whether they are accessed via the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel.

• Each person may hold only one account

Sonabet App reserves the right to reject any application or close any account without providing a reason. If it is later found that false information was provided during registration, the account will be terminated and the balance may be forfeited.

• Third-party accounts or another person's payment method may not be used
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the original deposit

• Each withdrawal request may take 1–3 business days to process
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Each bonus has an expiry date — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires

• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system will result in account closure

• Odds in live betting change in real time

• If a sports event is abandoned or postponed, bets may be refunded
• Casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sonabet App. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or any artificial means
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Money laundering or transacting through illegal funds
• Participating in match fixing or any form of sports manipulation
• Deliberately attempting to cause errors or faults in the Sonabet App system
• Fraudulent or deceptive conduct toward other users

If any of the above activities are proven, Sonabet App will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and notify the relevant authorities if required.

• Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• You have the option to temporarily or permanently close your account at any time
• Enabling the self-exclusion option will block access for a specified period
